We run free, peer-led groups every week — all centred on connection, creativity, and good company. No experience needed, just show up.
Explore stories, poems, and words in a warm, non-judgemental space. All styles welcome.
Knit, sew, or craft — your hands busy, your mind at ease. Beginners especially welcome.
A gentle walk and a good chat. Sometimes that's all you need to feel a little lighter.
Paint, draw, collage — express yourself freely. No art background required whatsoever.
Finish the week with rhythm, song and movement. Fun, free, and full of good energy.

Contact UsThe Wellbeing Collective is a community-led mental health support group built on a simple belief: connection heals. We offer free, peer-support led groups across the week, creating space for people to come together, share, create and simply enjoy good company.
We know that life can be difficult, and that formal services aren't always the right fit — or available when you need them. That's why we've created something different: informal, welcoming, low-pressure spaces where everyone belongs.
All our groups are completely free, run by people with lived experience, and open to everyone in the community.
